Letters of Inquiry
The Foundation will consider unsolicited proposals that meet the guidelines stated below.
Letters of Inquiry are due February 2 at 9am.
Grant seekers may submit an online Letter of Inquiry.
Grant seekers may return to a saved Letter of Inquiry in progress.
Organizations in which the Foundation is interested will be contacted and invited to submit a formal grant proposal. The Foundation awards grants in July.
Reporting
Reports on grants are due in the spring after a payment is made. Organizations receiving funding may not reapply until after a final report has been received and reviewed by the family at their summer meeting.
Interim and Final reports from grantees are due July 1. If a final payment has been made, but funds are not fully expended or work is continuing, grantees are encouraged to file an interim report.
Current grantees, please download the appropriate form and e-mail the completed report to canaday@bofa.com with your organization name in the Subject line. If you have prepared a report for another funder for the same program, you are welcome to send a copy of that report instead.
